  • Somatic pattern work — every session includes a somatic drop-in specific to what's alive for the group

  • Lesley's intuitive read — she can see what's been hiding. That's the part that moves things.

  • Allow statements and anchors — you leave every session with something to hold onto

  • Voice note drop-ins between calls — perspective shifts, real-time support on Telegram when you need it most

  • Private session recordings — every call recorded and housed in a password-protected library, accessible for as long as your membership is active.
