A little story for you:
A woman once came to one of my sessions and said,
“I think I should be further along by now.”
(We both smiled, because haven’t we all said that at some point?)
She had done so much work on herself.
Books. Podcasts. Journaling.
She could spot her patterns from a mile away.
But changing them?
That part still felt... sticky.
Fast forward 20 minutes into our session...
She cried.
She laughed.
She sighed deeper than she had in months.
Not because she got a magic answer.
But because she felt safe.
Seen.
Like someone was finally holding her hand while she looked at the thing she’d been dancing around for years.

Not when we try harder. Not when we go it alone.
We shift when someone looks us in the eyes and says,
"I see you. You’re not too much. You’re right on time."
That’s the magic of being held.
The armor comes off.
The nervous system relaxes.
And the deep stuff?
It starts to move.
If your soul’s been craving that kind of space.
Not more information,
But a container to actually integrate what you already know -
The next round of Expansive Soul opens this September.
It’s four months of somatic sessions, intuitive insight, tender truth-telling, and being deeply supported while you grow.
If your body just exhaled reading that…
