I'll Rest When I'm Dead (Apparently) - a 45 min workshop

$37.00Price

The fear underneath why ambitious women can't stop - and what becomes possible when we see it fully.

You've built a life that works.

The business is running.

The kids are fed.

The house is — mostly — functioning.

And still, you can't stop.

You're exhausted and you body wants to stop but somewhere underneath all of it is a belief you've never quite let speak all the way to the end. The one that says: if I rest, I'll lose everything.

This workshop follows that belief to the root — not through mindset work, but through the body.

In 45 minutes, somatic practitioner Lesley Turner guides you through three layers:

- the surface pattern of relentless doing

- the fear of what it means about you if you stop,

- what your nervous system has actually been working so hard to prevent all along.

You'll move through a cascade process, allow statements that loosen the grip of the fear, and an inner child visualization that takes you to where this started — long before the business, the mortgage, or the to-do list.

This isn't about deciding to rest. It's about what becomes possible when the body stops bracing.

This is for you if:

- You can't fully switch off, even when nothing urgent is happening

- Rest feels like a luxury you haven't quite earned yet.

- You're doing well on the outside and exhausted underneath.

- You've understood this pattern intellectually - and you're still in it.

FYI: This is a workshop replay - there were people in attendance live, so you will hear Lesley answering a couple questions in the chat. This enhances the experience as it explains and gives examples of real life support.
